PART II: TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Nature of Services
Sakal AT 90 Solutions provides consultancy and facilitation services relating to travel guidance, employment search support, study advisory support, documentation preparation, visa application guidance, and relocation advisory services. The Company does not guarantee visa approval, employment placement, admission into any institution, or immigration approval. Final decisions remain solely with embassies, immigration authorities, employers, or institutions.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
• Submit genuine and verifiable documents only.
• Respond promptly to official communication.
• Pay all agreed professional and administrative fees as scheduled.
• Bear all official government, embassy, medical, travel, insurance, and third-party costs.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of service.
3. Fees & Payments
• Professional fees are separate from embassy fees, travel tickets,accommodation, insurance, or third-party charges.
• Fees paid to Sakal AT 90 Solutions are for consultancy, processing, and administrative services rendered.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, professional fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced.
4. No Guarantee Policy
Visa approval, employment placement, or relocation status is at the sole discretion of embassies, immigration authorities, employers, or educational institutions. Sakal AT 90 Solutions shall not be held liable for refusals, delays, rejections, or policy changes beyond its control.
5. Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if:
• False information or forged documents are detected.
• The Client fails to meet payment obligations.
• The Client engages in misconduct or misrepresentation.
No refund shall apply in such cases
6. Limitation of Liability
Sakal AT 90 Solutions shall not be liable for:
• Embassy or immigration decisions.
• Changes in immigration laws or policies.
• Delays caused by government authorities.
• Travel bans or international policy changes.
• Employer withdrawal or institutional decisions.
PART III: DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY POLICY
1. Collection of Personal Data
Sakal AT 90 Solutions collects personal data necessary for travel and relocation processing, including but not limited to:
• Full name, contact information, and identification details
• Passport information
• Educational and employment history
• Financial information where relevant
• Supporting documents submitted by the Client

Client information is collected strictly for:
• Visa and travel processing
• Employment or study placement facilitation
• Communication with embassies, institutions, employers, and relevant authorities
• Internal record keeping and compliance purposes
3. Data Confidentiality
• All client information will be handled with strict confidentiality.
• Data will only be shared with authorized third parties where necessary for processing.
• The Company will take reasonable administrative and technical measures to safeguard client information.
4. Data Retention
Client data will be retained for as long as necessary to complete services and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Client Rights
Clients may request:
• Access to their personal information
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Withdrawal of consent where legally permissible such requests must be made in writing to the Company.
